NOAH is lucky to have a dedicated team, a committed and passionate management committee and many loyal supporters and volunteers.

We have full and part time staff members.

Our governing body (an equivalent of a board of directors) of 10 members meets monthly.

Steering Committee members are community members who volunteer their time by getting involved in NOAH homes in their communities.

Together, we reach out to and care for more older people in the Western Cape than ever before, using an integrated NOAH model to create a sustainable solution to South Africa’s ageing crisis.
